Montana team making impact
Open only six months, Northwest Tissue Services’s satellite office in Missoula already accounts for 30 percent of the entire organization’s tissue recoveries.
Covering all of Montana, Northern Idaho and Spokane, the Missoula-based team of six technologists (three full-time, three on-call) is also “increasing our visibility and providing great consultant service to hospitals,” notes Jan Hendrix, Tissue Services regional supervisor. “The new team’s presence shortens our response time in those areas and gives us greater flexibility to coordinate with hospitals for use of their operating rooms.”
