Regional Supervisor
As regional supervisor for Northwest Tissue Services, Levi is responsible for the management of all tissue donation operations in the state of Montana. Based in Missoula, he oversees the technical, hospital development and sales staffs, as well as handles budgeting and the formulation of regional business strategies. Additionally, he makes sure that client hospitals throughout the region have the support services they need.
For the previous three years, Levi was Tissue Services' allograft consultant, responsible for meeting distribution goals in Montana, Eastern Washington and North Idaho. He did so by developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, conducting educational presentations and consultations, providing the utmost in customer service.
In both positions, Levi says, "Our goal is to strengthen relationships with our transplant partners and to enlist new partners. We do that by stressing quality, accountability and responsibility. We encourage feedback from partners about the tissues we provide and how we can better meet their needs."
In 2003, Levi was one of the founding members of Tissue Services' Montana satellite office. As a tissue technician II he utilized his in-depth knowledge of general operating room procedures during surgical tissue procurements.
His previous experience included corneal tissue procurement for Northwest Lions Eye Bank, biopharmaceutical manufacturing at Corixa Corporation and an earlier stint at Northwest Tissue Services as a cell processing technician.
